Whats next?

Once we process your order, we will send you an email with your tracking information, this will have a link and a tracking ID, keep this safe. Please ensure all information for personalised gifts are correct as replacements will incur a cost.

Your order will be shipped same day when placed before 3 PM with An Post, we ship express post so we estimate that you will receive your order the very next day *  Delivery is estimated next day, we do not promise next day delivery as this is sent with a 3rd party (An Post). (Excluding NI, UK and bank holidays)

Gifts are delivered Monday through Friday; please note that weekend or Bank/Public holiday delivery is not available.  If you’re not home at the time of delivery, a postcard will be left with the details for you to arrange pickup at your local Post Office collection point. Addresses cannot be changed once they have been posted SO ensure you have the correct details when ordering.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT ON YOUR CONFIRMATION – IF IT’S INCORRECTLY ADDED IT WILL BE DELAYED, RETURNED TO SENDER AND ADDITIONAL POSTAL COSTS MAY APPLY TO GET IT DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS. THANK YOU
