The majority of our items are shipped from our office in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. Collection could be arranged if you email prior to ordering we can discuss this option.

Weekend delivery is not guaranteed. In Ireland, deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. However, in some cases, if a delivery attempt on Friday is unsuccessful due to “no answer at the door” or a high volume of packages with DPD, a second attempt may be made on Saturday morning. International delivery schedules vary and cannot be guaranteed, so ordering in advance is advised.

Yes, after your order has been processed. We will email you a tracking code along with a link to the tracking page.

Delivery within Ireland is €6.95

Yes, a packing slip will be with the order. Inside the envelope or box.

No, you can do this when at the checkout page if you wish or check out as a guest.

If your item was delivered damaged in transit, faulty or the wrong item was accidentally send we have a no quibble, free, returns policy. Unwanted items can be returned for a refund of the product price as long as the item/s are unused, for obvious reasons. Shipping orders back to us is I’m afraid at your own expense and we also retain the right to refund less the original shipping fees we have paid to An Post.

Unfortunately we can’t cancel an order that has entered dispatch. However, if you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched this is no problem. You will be refunded in full.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
