Discreet packaging

Every order is packaged using discreet shipping material or boxes. Our packages are not branded and often double layered with bubble wrap to keep the items safe and give some extra protection. A lot of our customers people opt to get their items delivered to their workplace. You can feel safe in the knowledge that we only use 100% discreet packaging.

What is the delivery time?

We aim is to post your order the same working day. Orders received before 2pm are almost always shipped the same day. The estimated delivery time is the next working day. Please note: delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, slight delays can sometimes (but not often) occur due to miss sorting or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery is mostly Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. Some postmen will deliver on Saturdays but it is unlikely.

Which transport company delivers my order?

DPD. Your parcel will be delivered at the normal time DPD delivers to your address. We only ship using Express, tracked, tags. DPD will text you within 1 hour of delivery to let you know they are on route.

Returns

If your item was delivered damaged in transit, faulty or the wrong item was accidentally send we have a no quibble, free, returns policy. Unwanted items can be returned for a refund of the product price as long as the item/s are unused, for obvious reasons. Shipping orders back to us is I’m afraid at your own expense and we also retain the right to refund less the original shipping fees we have paid to An Post.

Unfortunately we can’t cancel an order that has entered dispatch. However, if you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched this is no problem. You will be refunded in full.
